Ways We Can Support Your Project
Every project is different. Some clients need full design and construction management from start to finish. Others already have a designer, layout, contractor, or partially completed project in place. Anchorstone offers several project paths depending on what you already have and what level of support is needed.
Projects generally begin at a minimum budget of $20,000.

Full-Service Design & Construction Management
01
This is our most complete project path.
It is designed for clients who want Anchorstone to manage the full project experience from concept to completion. This may include planning, design coordination, material and fixture procurement, contractor coordination, scheduling, logistics, budget tracking, construction coordination, and project oversight.
This is the best fit for clients who do not want to manage separate designers, vendors, contractors, deliveries, schedules, and project issues on their own.

Managed Construction
02
This path is for clients who already have a design direction, layout, plans, or designer in place, but need Anchorstone to manage the construction side of the project.
In this case, Anchorstone focuses on coordinating the construction process, contractor involvement, scheduling, logistics, site progress, and execution based on the approved scope. If a designer is already involved, we can coordinate with them as long as their process aligns with the project structure, communication expectations, and execution needs.
This is a strong fit for clients who already know what they want built, but do not want to manage the construction process alone.

Design, Procurement & Installation
03
This path is for clients who want help redesigning or improving a space, but do not need construction work.
Anchorstone can assist with the design direction, material and fixture selections, purchasing coordination, vendor communication, deliveries, and installation coordination for approved non-construction items. This may apply to furniture, lighting, fixtures, finishes, styling elements, and other space improvements.
This is not a standalone design-plan service. Anchorstone does not simply create plans for clients to take elsewhere. Our design-related services are offered as part of a managed process that includes procurement and installation coordination.

Commercial Build-Out Management
04
This path is for businesses opening, improving, or reworking a commercial space, such as an office, restaurant, retail space, hospitality space, or mixed-use environment.
Anchorstone can help develop a practical project direction that aligns with the business needs, customer experience, layout, workflow, design goals, materials, construction needs, scheduling, logistics, and final execution.
Depending on the project, this may include layout planning, design coordination, material procurement, contractor coordination, construction coordination, scheduling, logistics, and full project oversight under one organized structure.

Project Takeover / Recovery
05
This path is for clients who have already started a project and need Anchorstone to step in.
We begin by reviewing the current project status, remaining scope, budget, contractor/vendor situation, timeline, site conditions, and any open issues. From there, we determine whether Anchorstone can take over the project structure and manage the remaining work toward completion.
This is often helpful when a project has become disorganized, delayed, unclear, over budget, or difficult for the client to manage on their own.
